Gran Fondo Prosecco 2014

(Race report, well sort of. )

Another wonderful day in this area of Italy, the Veneto, this time for the Gran Fondo Prosecco 2014.
One of the better places in the world to do a 'race'. You have to hand it to the Italians, they put their heart and soul into these events, and it shows.
They are just such great days.
This was no exception, just fabulous, great weather, no flats, and a reasonable ride time.
That will do.
Bumped into some Aussies on the start grid who I met up in Noosa in August for the Noosa Strade Bianche.
They had a great day, one of them had never been to Italy before.
Seeing them for the L'Eroica next Sunday.
Cheers, Lew
