Congratulations to all those that made it to the spin session on last Saturday at The Spin Room (www.thespinroom.com.au/). It was great to have at least two females in the group for a change. Something that needs to be encouraged in the new year...not that excess testosterone seems to be an issue.
That said, apart from the technical tuition from Sam, the other big outcomes were as follows:

Max Watts: Andrew 1141
Not that we are a competitive bunch, of course.
